The collection and processing of personal data by CAMPING BAR, through its website or other means, is intended, depending on the entity in question and the service requested by the user, to:

As part of its security policy, the CAMPING BAR assumes the commitment to ensure the security and protection of personal data collected or made available, having adopted the appropriate measures necessary for this purpose, namely by providing for access: (i) creation of protection passwords (ii) use of digital certifications, (iii ) physical entry restrictions on the locations where personal data storage servers are located; (iv) firewalls, (v) secure communication via https protocol or other means deemed necessary to protect the data of its Customers or users, with security measures being reviewed and updated according to current needs and requirements.


If, for any reason, there is a breach of security that causes, accidentally or unlawfully, the destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorized access to personal data, the CAMPING BAR undertakes, under the terms of the applicable legislation, to communicate with the competent authorities, without justified delay and, whenever possible, within 72 hours after becoming aware of such an occurrence.


Under the aforementioned terms, the CAMPING BAR undertakes to communicate the breach of personal data to the respective holder of your data, in accordance with applicable law.
